At StapleWhimsy, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item(s) are unused and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item(s) as soon as the returned item(s) are received and processed.
Non-returnable items include personalized or custom-made products. For defective or damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance. We may require photographic evidence or additional information to resolve your issue promptly.
